4.6 Shipping & Delivery: We will ship confirmed orders to the address specified in your order, so long as it is within a region we ship to. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Shipping dates are estimates only; actual delivery time will depend on selected shipping method, destination, and other factors outside our control. Silybon® will not be liable for shipping delays. You are responsible for import duties, customs, taxes or fees related to international shipments.
4.7 Returns: If you are dissatisfied with a Silybon® product for any reason, you may return it for a refund, subject to the exceptions below. Please carefully review our Returns Policy posted on the Service prior to placing an order. Items purchased from third-party sellers on the Service may have separate return policies.
4.8 Warranties: Silybon® products come with limited manufacturer’s warranty of 1 year on parts from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It does not include damage caused by accidents, negligence, alterations or unauthorized repair. Please contact Silybon® customer support regarding any warranty claims.

6.2 No Liability: SILYBON® WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE.
